Welcome to the website of Brian Mountford: an experienced Counsellor & Psychotherapist in Gloucestershire and Monmouthshire, with practices in Lydney, Cheltenham and Chepstow.

We all have times in life we find difficult to cope with; distressing life events, emotional pain or the realisation that life seems unfulfilling. Talking about such issues can be difficult and painful; however talking to the right person can be a life changing experience.

I provide short and long term work with both individuals and couples, based on a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) Framework. I am a fully qualified Counsellor and Psychotherapist working in Cheltenham, Chepstow and Forest of Dean. I am committed to providing a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment.
